Interlibrary Loan/Full-Text Copy Service

  • Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service to request and loan the references which are not possessed by our library but by other libraries and currently providing full-text copying service. This service is provided under the mutual cooperation system among libraries.
    The users to use this service can request this service to the ILL officer (Tel +82-63-469-4185) on the 1th floor in the Central Library

Range of Reference Service

  • Book: Partial copying (whole copying is not allowed for copyright protection)
  • Periodicals: copying article by article is allowed.
  • Domestic & Overseas Dissertations: whole copying is possible.

Reference Search - Available after user registration

  • Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS): books, periodicals, domestic & overseas dissertations, etc.
  • ScienceON : domestic & overseas dissertations, patents, trend analysis, research reports, dissertations, etc.
  • Korea Resource Sharing Alliance (KORSA): overseas academic journals National Assembly Library: periodicals, domestic dissertations (if full-text is reserved, print-out is available at the electronic information room on the 1st floor at the central library)

  • KERIS Full-Text Copying Service (Guide to Use of KERIS)
  • After registered as an authorized user of KNU, users can search the comprehensive reference list in KERIS and check where the required reference is located as the same way to request the ILL service. Users also can directly request copying service on the screen.

  • ScienceON Full-Text Copying Service (Guide to Use of ScienceON)
  • This is a service operated by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) that integrates scientific and technological information, national R&D information, research data, information analysis services, and research infrastructure, allowing researchers to access the knowledge infrastructure they need in one place.
  • ¡Ø It can be used after registered as a user at ScienceON homepage and authorized by the ILL officer.

Reference Arrival

  • If the reference (KERIS, ScienceON, and KORSA) arrives, immediate notice will be sent to the requesting person by telephone
    (If it is requested on web, the user can directly check the arrival status).

Receiving Reference

  • The arrived reference can be received from the ILL officer (Rental Room on the 1th floor at the central library) after payment of the copying fee.
