• Group Study Room is operating on a reservation system to help students of Kunsan University with data public reading, academic discussions, and group subjects resolution.

• Reserve on-line for facility use in advance

• Reservation Personnel: Reservation available for the criteria persons by each room.
• Available only 1 room for 1 person/1 day/1 time (up to 3 hours).
• Use
• Users who have completed the reservation can only use at the corresponding time on the day of use.

Use Time

Notice

• In case of not available at the reserved time, the reservation must be cancelled for the next users.
  (※Not available for 1 month if not used without cancellation request)
• Before using the study room, the user must check the sanitation status and normality of facilities and supplies, and immediately report any abnormal conditions to the respective room staff.
• In case that the user destroys or damages facilities and equipment during use time, the applicant shall be responsible and restore the original condition within 1 week, and the application shall not be prohibited for 1 month.
• The personal behavior that goes against the purpose of Group Study Room operation shall be prohibited.
• All personal belongings will be taken in case of check-out, and please be sure for arrangements.
• Food prohibited
