Request for Preferential Organization
If materials you have searched are in 'Organizing' state, you can request for Preferential Organization so a person in charge of such work can check the request and organize the relevant materials immediately and you can rent materials faster.
Meaning of 'Organizing'
If materials are in 'Organizing' state on rental information, they have been brought in a library but have yet been displayed on the bookshelves.
How to make a request
1. Search a material you want to find at 'Search Materials' on the website of a library.
2. If a material you have searched is in 'Organizing' state and displayed as '¿ì' on the right side, you can make a request for Preferential Organization of such material.
Notice of arrival
- Once materials subject to Preferential Organization are organized, they get to go into the Rental Return Office.
You can check this information via text message 'Preferentially organized books arranged' at My Library on the library website.
After receiving a message of 'Preferentially organized books arranged', it is to be stored in the bookshelves of the Rental Return Office on the 1st floor of the Central Library for one day.
If rental is not made after receiving a message of 'Preferentially organized books arranged', the reservation is to be canceled automatically and the relevant material is to be displayed on the bookshelves.
Any materials that are not rentable, such as reference data, doctoral thesis, and nonbook materials, cannot be rented and the use of such materials is only allowed inside the building.
