Use Application & Guide

  • HwangRyong Library Group Study Room is available to make a reservation through the Kunsan University Mobile Library App.

Mobile Reservation Method

  • ① Select Group Study Room in the menu
  • ② Click "Reservation Available" for the desired Group Study Room and Date & Time.
  • ③ Enter the student ID number and name of the user who use the Group Study Room together, select the use period, and then "Reservation Application"
  • ④ Certify minimum number of reservation at the Kiosk in the HwangRyong Library after reservation is completed (minimum number of reservation: Room for 4 persons (3 persons), Room for 8 persons (5 persons)
  • ⑤ Begin to use when Group Study Room password is sent on start time.
  • ※ The Kiosk authentication is available 10 minutes before the reservation time until 10 minutes after the start time.
  • Select Group Study Room in the menu
  • Click Reservation Available for the desired Group Study Room and Date & Time.
  • Enter the student ID number and name of the user who use the Group Study Room together, select the use period, and then Reservation Application
  • Certify minimum number of reservation at the Kiosk in the HwangRyong Library after reservation is completed (minimum number of reservation: Room for 4 persons (3 persons), Room for 8 persons (5 persons)

Notice

  • In case of not available at the reserved time, the reservation must be cancelled for the next users.
    (※ In case of not certified, it will be treated as reservation default, if the default exceeds 3 times, all members are restricted to use for 7 days.)
  • If a representative reservation (reserved user) cancels, the entire reservation will be cancelled.
  • In case of cancel, only the number of cancellations will be cancelled if the minimum number is met (All members shall be cancelled if minimum personnel is not satisfied)
  • Before using the study room, the user must check the sanitation status and normality of facilities and supplies, and immediately report any abnormal conditions to the respective room staff.
  • The personal behavior that goes against the purpose of Group Study Room operation shall be prohibited.
  • All personal belongings will be taken in case of check-out, and please be sure for arrangements.
  • Food prohibited
